Safeguard on Huawei devices

Safeguard is not listed in Huawei AppGallery, and you can still use it on Huawei devices: the Windows desktop app and the CLI on a MateBook running Windows, the direct Android APK on a phone or tablet that installs Android apps, and the full platform in a browser when nothing can be installed. You can also bring the Claude, ChatGPT or Codex plan you already pay for and use it inside the Safeguard CLI.
